About Me

Alex Hunter, Founder

I am a strategic systems thinker with a technical background from my years in B2B SaaS. Because I love setting up new tools, implementing new systems, and making processes more efficient, I started a consulting company in 2022 to help out others.

FAQs

  • I received my education in Management, Marketing, and Information Systems from Taylor University, where I learned my unique gift of systems thinking. Since then, I’ve held roles in operations, data analysis, consulting, and enablement within B2B SaaS. I now work full-time in venture capital where I invest in entrepreneurs and help them with their business operations.

  • Many no-code consultants found on common communities such as Fiverr, Upwork, and others subscribe to “mercenary work” in which they do a specified transactional task.

Though this is necessary at times, I take a more holistic operations approach and desire to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with my clients. Think of me as a flexible extension of your team who understands the various systems in your business.

  • Starting out as a hobby rooted in my love for Excel, I began using into tools like Airtable, Notion, and Zapier in 2021. Since then, I have led the implementation of dozens no-code systems in every organization I’ve been a part of and for my clients at Steadflow.

  • No-code platforms enable users to build applications without writing any code, using visual interfaces and pre-built components. Low-code platforms include everything offered in no-code tools but also allow for additional customization through coding when needed.

From a technical perspective, I am capable of implementing both no-code and low-code tools (APIs, code snippets, etc.), though I prefer the simplicity of no-code tools more often. If a more technical solution is needed than I am comfortable with, I have very gifted DevOps, Cybersecurity, and full-stack developer friends that I contract with.

  • I'm flexible with my billing structure, accommodating my client's preferences whether it's based on hourly rates or project fees. While I'm open to discussing monthly retainers, it's not my preferred choice.

As mentioned previously, I’m much more focused on longer-term partnerships and less on making a quick buck.
